I started the tutorial last night for notepad, and did exactly what it said and started up notepad, and followed the tutorial along the way. However when it came to saving it as a HTML it would not let me. The only option that I had was to save it as txt. However if I do it in a word document I can save it as HTML.
I have posted this question on the discussion board in the hopes that I can get this question answered!!!!!

Belinda, I also left a DB reply . In Notepad you need to give your file a name with the html extension, choose text document and UTF-8 encoding.
The reference for this is Elizabeth Castro HTML,XHTML& CSS (6th edition).
This is the text book for NED11.
